1996 Implementation of GMP regulations
After a period of continuous investment in installations and human resources, the laboratory was homologated according to European regulations. The GMP certification obtained enabled SYVA to export its products of renowned quality all over the world, and also to manufacture for national and multi-national third parties.
Pyrsvac-183® was launched
At the same time and after several years of investigation, Pyrsvac-183® was launched. This was the first live vaccine developed world wide that included the European virus against Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome (PRRS), the most serious porcine pathology on an international level.
