2000 First edition of dialogues on the Iberian Pig
Since 2000, SYVA has been involved in the annual organisation of talks on the Iberian Pig, which are attended by over 600 specialists and are aimed at encouraging participation.
These unique "Dialogues" have become a reference for the sector in Spain, bringing together the opinions and interests of the different participating professionals.
