The last date for the submission of the documentation for Syva’s Award to the best Doctoral Thesis is already over

The deadline for the submission of the thesis documentation for participating in Syva’s Award to the best Doctoral Thesis ended on the 18th of February 2012

This is a unique award, both for its economical value as for the prestige that it has gained due to the outstanding quality of the doctoral theses presented in previous editions. The level of excellence of the members of the jury, all of them university professors, praises the quality of this award.

The deadline for submission of documentation to participate in the 2012 edition begins on the 3rd of January 2012 and ends on the 18th of February 2012.

Mexican, Portuguese and Spanish Doctoral Theses related with Animal Health that were defended in the academic year 2010-2011 (between the 1st of October 2010 and the 30th of September 2011) are invited to participate.

The amount of the prize is 15.000 Euros, sponsored entirely by Laboratorios Syva.

Candidates might find on SYVA’s  website (www.syva.es) the terms and conditions of the prize, as well as a formulary to participate in this edition.

The winner of the Syva Prize 2012 will be announced before the 4th of April 2012.

The award ceremony will take place on the same date on which the University of Leon celebrates the holiday of its patron St. Isidore of Seville.
