SYVA and PFIZER signed an agreement for the distribution of DORBENE™ and ALZANE™ in Europe

SYVA and PFIZER have recently signed an agreement which gives PFIZER the right to distribute DORBENE and ALZANE in more than 20 European countries, including the main markets in the EU. SYVA is the manufacturer and marketing authorization holder for DORBENE and ALZANE. PFIZER is a global leader in the Animal Health industry.

DORBENE and ALZANE are indicated for companion animals.

DORBENE (Medetomidine Hydrocloride) is a sedative and pre-anaesthesic. ALZANE (Atipamezole Hydrochloride) is the antagonist to revert the effects of DORBENE.

Both are injectable Solutions, indicated for dogs and cats.

Representatives of both companies have expressed their total confidence in the success of this agreement.
This agreement ensures that PFIZER's is in the leadership in the sedatives and pre-anaesthesics segment for companion animals
For SYVA, it is an important step for it projection into the pet products market.
