We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for our Quality Control Department. (022021)

Overview of functions:

Perform administrative and documentation tasks required by the Quality Control department, complying with regulations and quality standards so that the product placed on the market meets the required specifications.

Specific responsibilities:

  • Management of OBPR certificates in different countries.
  • Support for documentary work.

Requirements:

Academic training in Higher Vocational Training in Administration and Finance or similar.

Languages:

    • Spanish (mother language)
    • English (C1) – essential requirement.

Experience (years/area: 1 year in a similar position, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

Personal skills: results orientation, proactivity and teamwork Fluency in written expression.
